From Toronto:
Take the QEW West, exit 403 West towards Hamilton. Stay on 403 West to Brantford and take Rest Acres Rd Exit South onto Hwy 24A. Follow to first set of lights which is Hwy 53. Turn left or South onto Hwy 53 and follow into Brantford, down the hill and turn left at 2nd set of lights onto Colborne St West. Make a quick left onto Spalding Dr. (just past the lights) and then a right at the stop sign. Follow Spalding Dr. to the end where you have to turn right onto Catharine Ave. Koolatron is the 2nd factory on the right. The shipping Docks 1, 2 and 3 are in the first driveway and the receiving Dock 4 is at the farthest end of the building.
From London:

Follow Hwy 24 into Brantford. Stay on Hwy 24, which becomes King George Road which then turns into St. Paul’s Ave to bring you past the hospital. You need to be in the left lane as you go under the railway tracks as you will be turning left onto Brant Ave. Follow Brant Ave. up to the Armories which is on the right hand side. Turn right onto Colborne St West, crossing over the bridge. Follow Colborne St West around the bend and up past the first set of lights (Home Hardware on left hand corner). Make a right turn onto Spalding Dr. and a right at the stop sign. Follow Spalding Dr. to the end where you have to turn right onto Catharine Ave. Koolatron is the 2nd factory on the right. The shipping Docks 1, 2 and 3 are in the first driveway and the receiving Dock 4 is at the farthest end of the building.
